Travelling

On Friday I head out to Chicago for six weeks for a period of training and assessment in seeking to discern if the Lord has it for us to plant a church in Glasgow. We are priveleged to be able to spend some time with friends at Harvest Bible Fellowship and receive their wise input to our ministry. Harvest is established on these four pillars.

Proclaiming the authority of God’s Word without apology
Lifting high the name of Jesus through worship
Believing firmly in the power of prayer
Sharing the good news of Jesus with boldness

Our desire is to plant a vibrant, contemporary city centre church with a core emphasis on Bible ministry. The goal would be to plant something authentically urban reaching poor, rich and students, engaging in mercy ministry. Our heart is to grow a community of believers grounded in God's Word, gratefully lifting His name high in praise that is contemporary and who are defined by humility, community and boldness for the cause of God's great name.
